Where to start

What is getting in the way?

Paperwork being sorted beside a laptop

Too many tools

Orders, bills, and stock sit in different files. We put the daily work in one system and cut the retyping.

A laptop and a notebook used to map a process

Odoo is close, or the old system is in the way

We change the steps that do not fit, upgrade an existing database, or replace the old software one workflow at a time.

Three people working through a plan

You need people, or customers cannot see status

Add a developer for the job, or a portal so customers stop emailing to ask where an order is.

The system

What it can include.

These are the pieces we usually put together. The mix is decided after we have spoken, not from a diagram on this page.

A laptop showing business figures

Odoo

Accounts, sales, stock, CRM, and HR in the system the company runs on.

A laptop and a phone showing an application

Web and mobile

A screen for staff, customers, or the field, talking to Odoo through an API.

A document being scanned next to a laptop

Automation

Reading, sorting, and drafts. A person still accepts anything that changes money or stock.

A small server cabinet beside a desk

Hosting

The system lives somewhere you can restore, with a watch on the jobs that fail.

Questions

Questions we get.

What Odoo versions do you support?

Current Odoo versions used in production, plus upgrades from older databases. The exact version is confirmed at the start of an engagement so custom work targets the release you will run.

Can you migrate our existing Odoo database?

Yes. We review custom modules and third-party apps, run the upgrade on a copy, and reconcile key figures before production is switched.

Can you customise Odoo?

Yes, when configuration cannot express the process. The aim is the smallest custom module that still leaves a future upgrade possible.

Can you integrate Odoo with external systems?

Yes. Typical links are websites, payment, banks, carriers, attendance devices and custom products, through APIs or scheduled exchanges.

Can we hire a dedicated Odoo developer?

Yes. A developer can join your team monthly, or work inside a fixed piece of scope. A functional consultant is often paired with them when the process is still moving.

Do you provide remote teams?

Yes. The studio is in Karachi and delivery is remote. You get named people, access through your tools, and a single coordination point.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. Support can cover Odoo, the custom modules we built, and the integrations between them.

Can you build custom software from scratch?

Yes. Portals, web applications, mobile apps and internal tools, with Odoo kept as the system of record when that is the right split.

Can you integrate AI with Odoo?

Yes, for bounded jobs such as reading a document, drafting a reply or classifying a request. A person should still approve anything that posts money or stock.

Do you support Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing?

Yes, as part of an Odoo accounting implementation for businesses that must issue ZATCA-compliant invoices.
