Odoo
Odoo implementation
We map the process first, then configure Odoo around it. Go-live is a controlled cutover, not a surprise.
Talk about this
An implementation starts with how an order, a bill, a receipt, or a leave request moves today, including the parts people still do on paper. That map decides which modules open in the first release and which ones wait.
Configuration covers the chart of accounts, products, warehouses, price lists, taxes, and approvals. We import opening data into a copy, train the people who will use it, and switch production on a date both sides have agreed.

Before anyone configures a database
We write down the process, the gaps, and the first release. A stalled project is usually missing this, not missing another module.
- Who does each step, and which steps are exceptions
- Which records must be shared, and which system owns them
- What can stay as standard Odoo
- What must wait until the first release is stable
Fit
A good fit when
A first Odoo rollout
A company outgrowing disconnected tools
A rollout that stalled and needs to be finished
Tell us the job. We will say whether this is the right shape, and what the first release should leave out.
